February, the month we celebrate love. Not only the love we feel for others, but also the love we feel for ourselves.
This Valentine's day we on Moonchild want to celebrate our love for ourselves. Introducing Self-love February. Because in the end the love and the relationship you have with yourself is the most important relationship you have in your life.
A couple of weeks ago we invited you guys to Moonschild´s office and so many of you lovely ladies showed up. We had an absolutely incredible day together with you and it was amazing to meet so many of you!
Meeting so many of you ladies out there made me understand what beautiful, strong and powerful woman this community consists of! Wow! You are truly inspiring me, every single one of you. Seeing you ladies in this community embracing your bodies and your practice and the way you are secure in your bodies is so fascinating and inspiring to me.
Just like anyone I have my insecurities, every single of us is struggling with that. But I truly want you to understand that being a part of this beautiful community, seeing and connecting with beautiful women who are embracing their bodies is truly helping me and inspiring me to embrace my own bodies and love my flaws. So let us motivate and inspire each other, let's boost each other because we are all truly beautiful and complete just the way we are. Dear, you, there is nothing you need to change, you are perfect and complete as you are right now.
To deeper the Self-Love practice this week we have created a self-love - to-do list containing things you can do to deepen your connection with yourself. And we do encourage you to do a little something for yourself every single day this month. It doesn't have to be something big but just a walk, yoga practice or a cup of tea that you will enjoy a little bit extra this month.
Take a look at the to-do list and see what inspires you.
What are you going to do for yourself today?
We would love if you would like to share your self-love practice with us and maybe even share your story to self-love, share your thoughts and stories on the topics down below.
