Cool Refreshing Summer Drink

Cool Refreshing Summer Drink

It's time to cool down with a delicious, nourishing summer drink. A summer drink that is not only refreshing and hydrating, but also good for your complexion, hair, skin and nails, as well as your joints! What drink could possibly do all of this you might ask? Well, it's our favourite, raspberry, lemon, chia collagen water.

It consists of exactly the ingredients in its name. All you need is some cold water (ice cubes if you prefer), frozen organic raspberries, organic lemon, chia seedsand your favourite collagen powder.

The lemon is for it's hydrating and detox elements - it's great for rinsing the system! Collagen has a whole bunch of benefits that are beneficial for your system, as mentioned. Specifically collagen can help support your system by providing you with benefits including a youthful appearance, skin hydrating, skin elasticity, healthy joints and bones, and hair and nail support. Collagen is easily digested and can be mixed into hot or cold drinks. Chia seeds are also powerful, filled with iron, high in calcium and omega-3s. Chia seeds are great for a healthy digestive system and they help provide sustainable energy. Lastly, the raspberry is simply used to help naturally sweeten the drink, while also providing with a few antioxidants.

So, if you need a little afternoon pick-me up that is sugar free and will also give your body a boost then this is the drink to enjoy!

1-2 tbs chia seeds

1 scoop collagen (this depends on the brand you use)

A few frozen raspberries

Ice cubes if you prefer

Do it:

Pour all the ingredients into the glass and mix all the ingredients together.

Take a little afternoon break when you need it today or any other day this week and enjoy a nice cold summer drink. We hope you are enjoying the beautiful summer season as much as we are!
