At Moonchild we don't offer free returns. Why, you might ask? Offering free returns might seems like the decent thing to do for our amazing customers, but we have made a conscious decision not to. We hope this journal post will help explain our decision.
At Moonchild we want to minimize our environmental impact by not offering free returns. It has become almost a habit all over the world to order products and test different sizes and colors with the consequence of high return rates for e-commerce shopping. This has a devastating environmental impact which is increasing daily.
Our no free return policy is a conscious decision we have made and we encourage you to do the same when purchasing your yoga wear and gear from Moonchild, for our planet.
Free returns have a high environmental cost
By not offering free returns we hope that you will be mindful about your purchases and make the most conscious decision for you and our planet.
We therefore encourage you to contact us before the purchase with any questions you might have about our clothes or yoga gear. We would love to hear from you! You can also use our online size guide to make sure you get the style pieces that fits you the best.

Should you need to return something anyway, we are of course here to assist you to make sure that you are happy with your purchase. You can return or exchange your product within 14 days of receiving your items - we only ask that you pay for shipping the items back to us. For exchange orders we will pay the shipping cost to send that new size/item to you.
