6 Yoga Books We Love

6 Yoga Books We Love

We love a good book. Especially a book that allows us to delve further into our practice whether it be physically, mentally or spiritually. Today we are blessed with extensive knowledge and information about all things in life, through the internet, but there is something very unique about having a book that can always be referred back to. Whether we need it for curiosity or because our practice needs some guidance. As well as disconnecting from our digital livestyles, is always a good thing for our mind and soul.

Which is why we want to share 6 of our favorite yoga books with you today! These books range from the mental, spiritual and mindfullness aspect of yoga, to the physical aspect of yoga. These books, we believe, are perfect to explore further into yoga and our bodies.
